Slot Madness Casino - Withdraw approval becoming very slow over 2 months

My previous approval date was 8-15 for 2 withdrawls made on 6-23 and 6-24 for a total amount of $1100. Haven't gotten this check yet, but during this next week???? The next ones that haven't been approved yet, is what is beginning to bother me. I have gotten withdraw checks as often as once a week in the past. Now it is down to once a month or longer and it is because of the approvals of the withdraw being delayed. I have gotten checks on 5-16, 6-2, 6-5, 6-16,6 -19,6-27, and 7-8 all in 2014, and all being about 4 weeks after the actual withdraw. I'm fine with this, but when they quit giving me bonuses or customer appreciation chips is the same time that withdraws began being untimely. I have always loved slot madness, but if I do any good the treatment by the casino completely changes.

Hi Madspnner,

First, let me congratulate you on your good fortune!

I believe Emma has already contacted you via email, with the following message:

"It is a pleasure to inform you that we have approved the amount of $2910 and the remaining pending balance will be approved according to the guidelines of our website. Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for the funds to be sent out to you. Once the tracking details are available I will make sure to have them e-mailed to you."

I will keep an eye on things to ensure the balance of your withdrawals continue on smoothly.

All the best,

Tawni

Tawni,
I appreciate your quick response to my concerns. I am having a hard time figuring out your number of $2910 for approved withdraws.
My records show that on 6-23-2014 I had a withdraw for $500 and another on 6-24-2014 for $900. Both of the withdraws were approved on the 15th of August and after deducting the bonus on each deposit the withdraw amount that I was to get was $350 and $750 totaling $1100.00. I have not gotten this check, nor have I been notified that it has been sent. 7 to 10 working days after approval means that I should have gotten the check on the 29th of August.
The next approvals for withdraws was on the 29th of August, which was for withdraw requests made on 6-26 for $500, 6-26 for $700, 6-29 for $2500. These were approved for wire transfer after deducting the bonuses given in the amounts of $355, $555. and $2355. This is 46 working days after the request for withdraw was made before being approved. What happened to 7 to 10 working days?
I also have a withdraw approved on the 29th of August that states promo credit withdraw approved not wire transfer withdraw approved. What exactly does this mean? I will attach history so you can see this.
I did receive an email on the 29th that said I had a check in the amount of $2355.01 that was sent on the 29th of August via Fed Ex. This check covers which withdraws? The ones approved on the 15th of Aug total $1100.00. The ones approved on the 29th of Aug total $3265.00 Plus the one that says $435.00 promo credit withdraw rather than wire transfer. The listed approved withdraws comes to a total of $4800.00. I should have a check via Fed Ex in the next day or so for $2355.01, leaving a balance of $2445.00 of approved withdraws but no notification of check being sent yet.
The only things that add up to $2910 are the 6-29 and 6-26 withdraws for $2355 and $555 respectively. There were two other withdraws approved on that same date though. I will attach the things that I have on file to support this and you let me know how it all fits.
I still have 9 withdraws that have not yet been approved oldest one dated 7-12 and most recent dated 8-16. These are all past the 7 to 10 day approval timeframe that you guys state you will comply to.
I will attach files ASAP in another response.

The nine withdraws not yet approved come to a total of $5500.00. When can I expect these to be approved and checks issued, considering the 7 to 10 business day that your site claims it will comply to clearly isn't being met? The withdraw department has been processing checks within 14 days after the approval of a withdraw up until the 2nd to the most recent approval. (Aug 15th approval) This $1100 check should have gotten to me on the 29th, but I haven't even gotten a notice that it was sent.

Hi Madspnner,

I'll try to address things, one by one--hopefully I'll be able to clear things up. :-)

Q. “I appreciate your quick response to my concerns. I am having a hard time figuring out your number of $2910 for approved withdraws.”

A. This amount corresponds to two different withdrawal requests:

6/27 $700 minus coupon HEAT290 ($145) = $555

6/30 $2500 minus coupon HEAT290 ($145) = $2355

Our rep actually forgot to inform you that one more transaction was approved for the amount of $355 which was linked to the following request:

6/26 $500 minus coupon HEAT290 ($145) = $355

Q. “My records show that on 6-23-2014 I had a withdraw for $500 and another on 6-24-2014 for $900. Both of the withdraws were approved on the 15th of August and after deducting the bonus on each deposit the withdraw amount that I was to get was $350 and $750 totaling $1100.00. I have not gotten this check, nor have I been notified that it has been sent. 7 to 10 working days after approval means that I should have gotten the check on the 29th of August.”

A. There's a bit of confusion here, which I hope I can clear up. Once your withdrawal has been approved, it can take 7 - 10 days for processing. It is in that 7 - 10 day period that the check will be sent, so it can take a few days beyond this. In this case, the funds have been sent and you should be receiving your payment via FedEx, this week.

Q. “I also have a withdraw approved on the 29th of August that states promo credit withdraw approved not wire transfer withdraw approved. What exactly does this mean? I will attach history so you can see this.”

A. Promo Credit Withdrawal is when the bonus (which is not withdrawable) gets removed from your account. Therefore when you see these transactions they should be interpreted as bonuses getting removed from your account and not as withdrawals that will be sent to you.

Q. “I did receive an email on the 29th that said I had a check in the amount of $2355.01 that was sent on the 29th of August via Fed Ex. This check covers which withdraws? The ones approved on the 15th of Aug total $1100.00. The ones approved on the 29th of Aug total $3265.00 Plus the one that says $435.00 promo credit withdraw rather than wire transfer. I should have a check via Fed Ex in the next day or so for $2355.01, leaving a balance of $2445.00 of approved withdraws but no notification of check being sent yet.”

A. Those tracking details correspond to the withdrawal request for $2500 (6/30 seen above). The pending tracking details will be sent out to her via e-mail as soon as they are available as well the pending approvals will take place within the following weeks.

Please let me know if you have any further questions.

All the best,

Thank you for all your effort in handling this matter. I did get a check today for 2355.01, which matches the withdraw on 6-29 for 2500.00 less the bonus. Lets see though, not to complain, but that withdraw was approved on the 29th of August (2 months after the withdraw request was made) and as of the 2nd of September I have a check and that includes a holiday. So much ado about all of these time frames and processing. I'm sorry but really I believe that most of us having issues with this stuff, just want honest answers, and it appears to me that that is not what we are getting. The 29th was Friday , then a 3 day weekend,(no working days in there) and Tuesday Sept 2nd I have a check. How did that happen???? There are other withdraws that were approved before then that I still haven't gotten checks for, but it appears that there is not really a system or what???? I just don't understand. Quite frankly I'm afraid to deposit money because I don't know if this is a sign that you might close your doors or what.
I would like to thank you for your help with this matter and I also would like you to know that I have always found your customer service department to be respectful and friendly. I really have enjoyed playing at your casinos, but I am concerned about playing much in the future.
All kinds of little things keep happening now like all day today(Wed) I could not get into any of the casinos that Slot Madness is affiliated with. This has never happened before. I'd log in and it would start to go to the next screen then nothing. I'm not sure what is going on??
Please keep me posted with the next date for a check, OK?
Thank you.

Tawni,
I got a check on 9-6 for $1100.00 and that covers the withdraws on 6-23 and6-24 in the amounts of 350 and750. Today I received a check for $ 2915.09. I'm not sure which withdraws that covers. I had two more approved withdraw s that I had not gotten a check for approval date 8-29 for both in the amount of 500 and 700. I also had approved withdraws of 500, 700, 500, 500, 500 all approved on 9-1. If you could check on this for me I appreciate it.

Hi madspnner,

I'm sorry for the issues you were having, however, what you were experiencing was across all RTG casinos, not just ours. Wednesday, all RTG casinos were down due to technical issues.

Also, to let you know, your last withdrawals will all be approved this week.

I hope this clears things up,

Tawni
