Las Vegas USA Casino - Wire transfer delay

My winnings of $380 were sent weeks ago bia wire transfer but I never received them. We found out the casino had sent it missing the last number of my routing number. It has been several weeks since this was realized and My winnings have still not been re sent. I just keep being told they are waiting for verification from the processor that the funds were not sent. Can you assist?

No unfortunately I have not received any further updates from them.

I spoke to live chat today and they said they " have not heard from their payment provider" ... I asked if they depend on an outside company to pay their players and they said I need to just wait. I will let you know if I get any updates.

Dear brauchier,
We still have not received a reply from this processor. You original upload to to them included an incorrect routing number that you provided and we then re-uploaded it with what you stated was the correct one. We apologize that the processor has not responded back to our many emails.

At this time we would suggest that you contact our FInance Dept. and perhaps request to receive your payment via an alternate method. Thank you

I will contact Finanance today and see if they can wire the money another account or send me a check, but i am not feeling very faithful about it, when I suggested another payment method last week I was told they had to wait until they heard from the processor. I hope when I speak to them this time they say differently. I will reply with that I am told.

Finance Dept. will be calling you today to offer a cheque in replacement of the original payment sent out. We still have not heard from our provider but due to the delay on their end we will send out this payment without waiting any further to hear from them. I spoke with Finance and they said they will mail me a check for my $380 of winnings. I will let you know when I have received the check.
