Winward, 21 Dukes and Rich Casino - want my deposits back

Hi. I have been a member of Winward Casino for 3 month, following up by registering on Rich Casino as well as 21 Dukes owned by them as well. After reading very bad reviews about them, I still decided to stay with them as their support team is very nice. All the money I withdrawn from there I put it back into play, so didn't actually seen any of it in my bank. However, 2 weeks ago, all my accounts have been disabled for withdrawing funds. After chasing them on the phone and emails, I got told only the security manager has access to my account and no one seemed to know what the problem was. Every time I phoned them, I got told either the security manager is not in the office or he is busy and will get back to me whenever he finds time, which I don't think it's rude as they say they reply to your email within 24 hours. Finally last week I was able to talk to the security manager who told me I have 1 week to withdraw all my funds, all winnings will be paid and then my accounts are going to be closed. He did not want to give me a reason as to why this is happening, just that this is a management decision. I told him that I don't actually care for any winnings, I just want my initial deposits back and that's it, but he insisted all my winnings will be paid. So I did 3 withdrawals as they asked, which I had 300 in Winward (250 initial deposit), 450 in 21 Dukes (200 initial deposit) and 250 in Rich (150 initial deposit). I withdrawn 50 from Rich Casino a little while ago. I took a printscreen of my withdrawal requests which I will be able to provide and as well I have the email from them saying all my accounts have been closed due to management decision and all my current winnings will be paid. The 300 from Winward has been paid, but that was the last one I requested a withdraw from, the other 2 have not been paid and I requested withdrawals from them hours before Winward. I have contacted them throw email, but no reply yet again, phoned them 2 times and got told the security manager is not in the office, as always. As they state in their rules apparently they have the right to close someone's account without notice, but in that case the initial deposit will be refunded. They are BREACHING their rule as they haven't refunded any initial deposit from Rich Casino or 21 Dukes, let alone the winnings as they say. I just want to tell everyone to avoid playing on any of WINWARD group Casino as by reading other people's reviews, they will close anyone's account if they win, either refund their initial deposit or either not pay as it seems to be my case at the moment. SCAMMERS!!!!

Just to update this, after I submitted this complaint on here, a day after I got a reply from them telling me I will get all the withdraws, but to bear in mind it takes up to 12 business days for them to come to my ecocard. The reply I received was before this complaint became live today. Anyway, just checked my ecocard and still nothing !

It was a management decision to close Afro_dyta account on 21dukes and related accounts operating within the same network.


The account is not consider fraudulent, however, Afro_dyta has taken advantage by using a systematic betting pattern which is not accepted on our network. Hence she is no longer welcome on the entire network. As stated on our terms and conditions we reserve the right to deny access on our network of sites and/or to close an account. Thus on this particular case we honored all winnings, kindly requested from Afro_dyta to make payouts request of all pending balance on every single account and all winnings were paid completely on each site.


The payments to the Ecocard account were completed as follow.


Winward Casino: $300 completed on February 6th 2013

Rich Casino: €250 completed on February 13th 2013

21Dukes Casino: €450 completed on February 13th 2013

Hello. I have now seen the reply posted by 21 Dukes and went to re check the ecocard as I was at work for the past 6 hours. Indeed, the last 2 payments gone throw today. As far as I am concerned, this case is now resolved, so please mark it as such. Thank you very much AskGamblers for dealing with my request, I suppose it speeded things up a little bit and at least I got to find the reason they closed my accounts. Thank you WINWARD GROUP for keeping your word and it seems that you are reliable after all, at least with my case !!
