WinTingo Casino - Delaying my payment for so long

Hi there, I won some money on Wintingo.com. I requested a withdrawal. Two weeks later they emailed asking for verification documents. I sent these through and within 24hours had a response back from "Ronnie" at Seabrook Ltd. He said that my documents were approved. This was a great result because at that time I was concerned the casino was a scam. Anyhow, five days later I went on live chat with Wintingo to discuss the withdrawal and make sure they had received everything they needed from me. I spoke to a rep from the casino who said there was an issue with my documents. I'm thinking how can this be when I received a verification email? Now I am back at my initial thought - that the site/casino is a scam. I am really worried, if AskGamblers could help me that would be fantastic! The people who I have spoken to at wintingo haven't been very helpful, they give very short answers. Thank you

Hi there, They have asked for more documents (a different credit card). It is just absolutely crazy. I spoke to someone just after I had posted this complaint but they said they documents were approved and I should get the payout within a few days. I then get an email last night saying 'more documents needed'. feel as though Wintingo could do a lot more to keep their customers happy and to communicate with them. The live chat is reasonable however the people on their seem to be almost robotic. Once you ask a question you get 'One moment please' about six times before someone replies, the phone number does not work either - it makes you feel suspicious. I do not think I will ever play with Wintingo again. I still have not received my payout! It has been well over three weeks since I requested the withdrawal.
