Slow, small withdrawals

I have saved all emails concerning this matter.....I live in Canada and Win Palace will only give me 900.00 withdrawel and take 60 dollars out for each deposit into my bank account....I request 3000 per withdrawel and the withdrawel tells me only 2,100 is exceptable for this type of withdrawel so I put in 2,100 and they say they are sending me 900 and only 840 gets deposited in my bank......Twice they have done this and when I ask them why only 900 they said my bank will not except more and it is my bank taking out the 60 dollars.....I talked to my bank and they assured me that they will except any amount the casino will issue....I received a email today saying they have sent 800 to my account it will be there in a few days I submitted 2,100..... Each transaction takes about 10 day they still owe me about 6000 dollars......This is a nightmare.....I have never delt with a casino that would not issue me a bank draft express.....I used a 3vprepaid Visa to deposit....The only way they will give me my money is through my bank account....Which I can understand if that is their policy but charging me for each deposit and only allowing me 900 twice and 800 this time it will be a long time before I get my money.....

The player was in contact with the casino rep regarding the missing money. The casino had sent the player $900 and cannot be responsible for bank fees or currency transaction rates.


The casino holds the privilege of sending a partial amount of the winnings to new players from security reasons. The player had received by now all the withdrawals she was entitled to.

405 Euros Payment declined
Last year (november/2014) I made a withdraw requested that was denied with the "90 business days review" excuse. So, i wait untill the end of this process and made a new withdrawal request in the amount of 405 Euros on 28/04. Two weeks later I received an email from James Corden, from the financial department, saying that "we could not approve your last withdrawal request since your activity in our casino recently has dramatically decreased." I really need your help to get my money. Here are the emails sent to me by them: [email protected] 27-11-2014 Para: ****@hotmail.com [email protected] Dear Miguel, I would like to inform you that as per our decision as Finance Department your last withdrawal request was denied and the requested funds were reimbursed to your playable balance as we are reviewing your account.
