WinPalace is cheating me out of my winnings!


I played with my initial $100 deposit for a few weeks at winpalace.com on their video poker machine. When I hit for $1800 I went to withdraw, but it showed my "withdrawable" amount was .44 .. I went to live chat. I was told that I needed to play out my bonus in order to withdraw. I had to play over $4k.

A week later I hit for another 4 aces and had my account up to $2800.. I went to cashier and it still said I had only .44 to withdraw.

I then hit the Royal Flush on the $1 machine. I had over $5800 in credits. Still .44 was withdrawable so I went to live chat. I was told by Lenny I only had $44 more to play to get the "playthrough" on my bonus. I played 3 hands on the $5 machine and sure enough, the withdrawable amount was $5846.. I was elated and relieved. I am a cancer patient with over $10k in medical bills.

I have kept all my transcripts of each chat. I took a screen shot of my "withdrawable" amount. I clicked the wire transfer after my FAXBACK was approved. The maximum wire is 3K... I was told it would take 5-10 business days. When I went back to talk to live chat 4 days ago.. My remaining credit of $2486 was GONE! I went immediately to live chat and was told that I was only approved for $500 that I had not "played through" my bonus chip????

To date I have not received a penny of my $5486 that was rightfully my winnings. I have been cheated and I am sick to my stomach.

How can I go after this horrific business. What they do to fraud the public is despicable.

My complaint has NOT been resolved. To date, winpalace.com still owes me $4500 of the $5400 total winnings I had to withdraw!

I wired $3000 to my bank account, they deposited only $500. I had $2000 left in my account to withdraw, winpalace took it and now my account is $0.00!

This is far from being "resolved" Please update on what you are doing for me. It was this site that recommended winpalace.com when I was searching for a "honest" casino site!

I only see one comment from winpalace saying the would contact their finance dept regarding this?

I have still not seen the wire transfer of $3k. They did deposit $500 on Feb 5 which is $2500 short. They also have not put the balance of $2000 into my winpalace account to date, for withdrawal. Winpalace.com still owes me $4500, so no there is no progress yet.

I have forwarded the screenshot of my withdrawable amount as an attachment to my email. I have also copied the transcript of the chat I had with representative "Lenny" that he clearly explained how much more I needed to gamble to get through the "playthrough" rules on the bonus chip. Once I did what Lenny instructed me to do, my withdrawable amount changed from .44 to $5486.. That was when I took the screen shot.

The rest of the story is in my original complaint. I faxed my information as instructed. They approved it on Jan 8th. I then had the max amount of $3000 wired to my account, which they said would take 5-7 business days. That left $2486 in my account. I played it down to approx $2000, but now they have removed my balance. It now shows zero credits. The balance was mine to transfer once the first $3k was done, which it never was. I have received nothing from winpalace to date.

405 Euros Payment declined
Last year (november/2014) I made a withdraw requested that was denied with the "90 business days review" excuse. So, i wait untill the end of this process and made a new withdrawal request in the amount of 405 Euros on 28/04. Two weeks later I received an email from James Corden, from the financial department, saying that "we could not approve your last withdrawal request since your activity in our casino recently has dramatically decreased." I really need your help to get my money.
