WinPalace Casino - Slow Pay

UNRESOLVED
posted on October 29, 2013.

I could really use your help. I won $7,878.00 at Win Palace on Oct. 15th, 2013. I had to wait the full 10 days to get the approval to obtain my winnings. On Oct. 29th I received an email that $500 is being sent to my bank. I don't know how soon I will receive this $500. So, on the 29th I went back into the casino and found out I have to wait 10 full days before I can even submit another withdrawal. Then once I submit the withdrawal there is another 10 day waiting period to get approval to send me a $500 withdrawal. I requested 3 times to Adrianna that I receive larger payouts due to the amount needed withdrawn overall. However, after 3 emails, not one response to my inquiry. At this rate I will receive $500 per month for 16 months. It will take a year and half to get my winnings. This is ridiculous. I will never waste my money again at Win Palace. They know how to chase players away. I have made a screen shot of my balance $7378 in the casino. I realize their waiting periods are used to hopefully make players "play" their winnings away so they don't have to pay out. Can you help to get Win Palace to pay out at least $3,000 per month so I don't have to wait 20 days just to get $500.00? -- thus over a year and a half. Your help is appreciated. One lump sum payment would be best.

I don't see where I can insert the documentation or screen print in this comment section.

I wanted to add the following. I called WP customer service and the said I can only withdraw 3,000 per week so I can set up another withdrawal now. Since I have a pending wire for $500 they said I can withdraw $2500.00 now. I did set up another withdrawal for $2500, however if I only get $500 per withdrawal it will still take 8 months to receive the full $7878 total withdrawal. This is unacceptable. Hopefully, you can get them to do higher payouts or best action is to send the total withdrawal.

Hi,

Please let me know if this issue was solved. If not, please provide the username so I can check with the casino where we are standing.

They still owe mw $1500 after all these months. They have been "fairly" good at processing payments every 10 days minus a few exceptions. My username is dianaoh. I asked numerous times for larger payouts due to the amount owed, but they would not respond.

Hi Diana,

The casino will pay the full amount missing within the next business days (meaning next 2, 3 days and no longer).

Please update us once its done so this issue can be set as solved.

Best regards,

Win Palace still owes me $1500 and has not paid this withdrawal in full per your comment that all was to be paid within 3 days. They make payments every 10 "business" days in the amount of $500. These withdrawals at $500 each have been going on since October 2013.

Hi Diana,

The casino will pay the full amount missing within the next business days, meaning 2 or 3 days max.

Please let me know if you have received the amounts missing. Give it the time to credit in your account.

They are not behind on their $500 installment payments. Currently, they have paid to-date, but will not -- refuse to pay the total balance owed in a lump sum of $1500.

Hi Diana,

this changed after getting in touch with them. They will pay the last installment on the whole amount.

You should be receiving the payment within the next business days.

The issue is resolved. Win Palace provided an email today stating $1500 was paid. The funds were in Clickturbine where I created an ACH to my account. The funds should be in my account within 2 days. Thanks for your help!!
