What is wrong with WinPalace Casino? Alot of things.

1. The payouts take way too long? Why? And they want you to summit a email to the finance dept. that takes another three weeks to respond? They don't have phones in the finance dept. you have to send a email!

2.All of a sudden you can't use a bonus code your "excluded" they say contact the finance dept. for the reason?

3. They say the maximum payout is up to 3000.00 dollars at one time (that takes over 10 days to get approved) then they only approve a 1000.00? You asked for 3000.00 why are you giving me 1000.00?

4. And the topper when you do get your check it bounces your account so you have to wait another ten days for the finance dept to respond and another ten days to get a check to be reissued.

5. I asked for a with drawl of 500.00 back on the 3rd of Nov. 2012 still waiting for check after it took them 18 days just to approve the with drawl and still no check?

I will not be playing on this site no longer. They say I'm a VIP player? But I'm not treated like one. There quick to take your money in a second but it takes a month or longer to get a little payout.

405 Euros Payment declined
Last year (november/2014) I made a withdraw requested that was denied with the "90 business days review" excuse. So, i wait untill the end of this process and made a new withdrawal request in the amount of 405 Euros on 28/04. Two weeks later I received an email from James Corden, from the financial department, saying that "we could not approve your last withdrawal request since your activity in our casino recently has dramatically decreased." I really need your help to get my money. Here are the emails sent to me by them: [email protected] 27-11-2014 Para: ****@hotmail.com [email protected] Dear Miguel, I would like to inform you that as per our decision as Finance Department your last withdrawal request was denied and the requested funds were reimbursed to your playable balance as we are reviewing your account.
