Hi

I hope I can get this matter resolved as I can't believe what has happened.

I actually contacted a Karamba casino and spoke to a ladie called Christine, I queried if I could play any game including roulette with bonus money she confirmed I could play any game I like as it was my money as well however any money I spent would not count towards wagering requiements, which is fair enough!

I won about £2000 after playing roulette and then knew I would have to start wagering some money in order to cash out. I then wagered over £4000 on a slot machine which afterwards alloud me to cash out my total winnings £4031.00 I was extremely happy at this point! I even received an email congratulating me and asking for a picture and review for there website!!

A few hours later I receive an email advising my refund has been declined and they had stolen my winnings back from me and just refunded my original £100!!!!! Absolutely fuming at this point as you can imagine as i had won this money fairly and by the rules!

I then contacted the gambling commission who also beloved this was being treated unfairly and should definitely take this further, there was nothing to tell me I could not play roulette I knew this wouldn't count towards wagering requirements however nothin to say I couldn't still play!!!!!

Please get this resolved Karamba!

Many thanks

Craig

Dear Ch1000,

Thanks for your email.
On the 12th of August, you deposited 100GBP and got 100GBP bonus. You went to the Roulette and reached a balance of 4000GBP.
As clearly written in our terms and conditions, terms that you accepted during your registration:

"Bets placed on all versions of Roulette will not count towards your wagering requirements. If the play bonus is wagered on any version of roulette, we reserve the right to withhold any amount in excess of a player’s original deposit from a player’s withdrawal."

* Please note that on the 13th of August, you received from our accounting department, an email informing you that due to the above terms being broken, your withdrawal request was declined and the original deposit has been credited back to your balance.

*Please note that winning first on roulette, then meeting the wagering on valid games (as slots) is considered as a breach of our terms, since the winnings were gained using our bonus on a non valid game.
Please feel free to contact us if you have any further questions.

Best Regards

No, this is not correct.

As confirmed by Jack, Terrance and Christine from Karamba advising I could play any game including roulette with bonus money however as long as I wagered over £3500 on slot machine I would be able to prices with withdraw.

I have attached the conversation I have had with Karamba lieing to me.

Please also be aware I won just over £2000 on roulette and won he rest on the slot machine.

I feel your bonus terms are not clearly written and have been wrongly advised by your team on more then once.

If I had lost £100 and £100 on roulette there is Noway you would have still refunded my original £100 I feel I have been scammed!

Please sort this out and pay my winnings.
