Vegas Red Casino - Winnings not received

Hi

Please help me with my complain on the 26th of april i made a withdraw of R40 000 BY VEGAS RED they paid the money over on the the 6th off may to my bank not in my bank acc so my bank nedbank sent the money by swfit back to the casino bank acc i send proof of the email from my bank and proof of the money that was send back to them on the 7th of may .
Its now two weeks that it was send back and the casino does not want to put it back on my casino acc so i can withdraw it on skrill

all i need is to let them put the money back on my acc now every day they telling me they waiting for updated .please see the attachment of a email that nedbank confrimed they have send back the money to the casino

No no response from them only email that says they waiting for updates this is totally unacceptable from there side tommorrow is a month that i have withdraw this money and still waiting and the joke about this is they have the proof from my bank that the money been send back .This is the worst cust serves i every saw in my life but when we as cust pay the money over to them ,they very fast to take it pooor pooor pooor and a bunch of thief's

Can u please give me more info how to take this further im thinking of doing it throw a lawyer and they will be responsible for the legal fees because they do not even answer or respond to ur website
