ClassyCoin Casino - Winnings disappear after withdrawal...

I recently won $2000 from ClassyCoin and made a withdrawal to my bank account. Once this was completed and approved the amount disappeared from my pending withdrawals on the casino, but I never got anything. My account history shows that it was canceled. I am unsure why. The money has now disappeared. I am looking to get that money back and not the additional $1000 that I lost. Anything that could be done to help would be appreciated. I have sent 3 emails to them and heard nothing back. Here is what I received to "approve" my winnings.

I now received an email saying my amount was only $1000 and cancelled. I'm very upset. I will have to contact the state attorney general, ftc, bbb, and every online forum if unresolved. I will also charge back everything as fraud. However, I'm giving classy going the chance to deposit the $2000 they owe and close my account first.

As per e-mail we sent you, a thorough investigation of your account was held. The outcome of this investigation was also e-mailed to you.
We provided date and time when you requested withdrawal as well as date and time when it was canceled and played down from the same device and playing the same games.
Dozens of withdrawals were requested from your account. Each and every one of them (including the one for $2000 and the one for $1000) was canceled from your side, the withdrawal amount was placed on your balance and was lost. Most of them were canceled within hours.
The $2000 withdrawal request has never been approved (since it was canceled), therefore no e-mail about your withdrawal request being approved should’ve been sent to you (our records indicate that this e-mail has never been sent to you as well).
That’s why we asked you to forward this e-mail to us. Once we have the e-mail we’ll be able to proceed with investigation of this issue.

Dear @tmack123, could you please forward to us the original emails concerning the approved withdrawal transactions, mentioned in this complaint. We need to be sure these emails are real ones before stating our final decision for this case. Thank you in advance for your cooperation .
