BGO Casino - Winning and deposit taken unfairly

after depositing and winning money on more than one slot at bgo. they took not only what i won but my 200 pound deposit aswell. they 'claimed fraud'. i find this impossible. more like they dont want to pay out. from googling my problem i see i am not the only one. at least id like my 200 pound deposit back.

i did not violate any t and c's. the ones they have thrown at me are no specific to me at all.

If you want to escalate your case from here, the next stage in the process would be for you to reply to my last email sent yesterday requesting that your case is referring to our Operations Manager.

They will assess the case and provide their own thoughts and feedback.

I look forward to this email should you wish to pursue this route.

yes please escalate. ill attach some photos. Surely this is a great unjust. i havnt done anything wrong.

i have emails which clearly say they are taking my deposit. also they are still hounding me via text and email to deposit and get a 'new bonus'. how can this be!!

We consider this complaint unresolved. Casino management didn't supply any evidence or explanation why player's winnings were voided and what particular terms player breached.

We recommend to the player to seek further help with a licence authority of BGO casino.
