Winner Casino - Withdrawal problems

I am currently trying to make a withdrawal for about 40 pound from my sports account with winner and they are asking for ridiculous amounts of info. I scanned copies of the card used and my drivers license and now then they wanted photos. I then sent these and now they want a copy of the card which has expired. This has been destroyed so they now want a bank statement for the last 6 months which I refuse to send plus I would have to pay the bank to get this as I use online banking. How do I manage to get this small amount back?
