Winner Casino - Withdrawal?

Hi,

I made two withdrawals on the 28th February after numerous losses at your casino and am getting told varying information by your customer service about how long a withdrawal takes. I have never known a processing department take so long. I am very concerned that I am never going to see my winnings which is a massive worry to me.

I have also asked for withdrawal to my MasterCard and I can't get any sense about whether you are able to withdraw to a MasterCard. I have a feeling that I will end up being paid via cheque and based on other people's experiences the cheque never arrives.

Is it wrong to just want my funds? Also I have a gambling problems and I am worried that this delay will encourage me to ask for the funds to be reversed and end up losing it all.

I just want the withdrawal processed and have nothing more to do with this casino
