I recently signed up to Winner Casino. They gave me a free £30. I played through all the wagering requirements and turned this into over £400. I wanted to withdraw these funds but was advised i could only withdraw £200 and i had to deposit £50 first before i could make a withdrawal. I deposited £50 and tried to make the withdrawal of £250 as advised i could by the customer support team. After a full day of waiting i noticed the withdrawal was still 'waiting' to be processed. I rang up and after being put on hold by the first advisor i spoke to for 15 minutes who then hung up, i managed to speak to another advisor who said that i needed to send in proof of identification.
Not happy with this as they were withholding my own money from me (which i class as theft) i asked if they could put my original £50 back in my account and i would email them my proof the following day for the further £200. They refused to do this and are still withholding my money from me.
I want to know why they need my ID (which i will send tomorrow) as no other gaming sites have ever asked for this. And why this was never mentioned to me in any of my many conversations with the customer support team.
Its seems they are quite willing to take money but will not give it back without making you jump through hoops!!
