Winner Casino will not pay me out

I opened an account with winner casino had been depositing and withdrawing for some time all of a sudden when I want my 435.00 aud they won't give it to me they say i have to suddenly produce id when i have been operating this account for months using the same to debit cards for deposits and payments all of a sudden the rules have changed they need id so i can have my winnings like it not mine or something I tried to talk to them on chat but they just run around in circles won't give me a straight answer and wont pay out

just keep saying need id so I sent it then they say oh we have to check it and make sure its you hello whats all this how can they make sure its me without meeting me what rubbish they just don't want to pay why accept all my deposits without id then refuse to payout just because i am winning I as for them to ring me but they wouldnt even do that can you please make them pay me I use the name sugar2254 and name saffron

I am still waiting for pay out they have sent me another email asking for documents which I have sent 4 copies of and still refuse to pay out my money so do not wan the case closed until I get my money
