Winner Casino - No payout, Slow, Bad service

Hello there after requesting a payout of several amounts i was also asked to prove ID which in my eyes is strange anyway, but ok not a problem i sent pictures off to where there asked via email a day after them asking. 5 working days have been and haven't heard anything i then went into live chat spoke to them and they made me send a 2nd email off due to them not "receiving" the first, although i sent the email several times in the first the place. Sent the email to both support email address being the fiance team where first asked and then the support team. Yet agian have heard nothing back and when i have emailed before they usually have replied within a day, now my withdraws are being changed back into my account as so many days have passed without me sending proof of ID bizarre! Very disappointing in this slow process and refusal to maybe payout and lack of communication i will now go to live chat and update this forum accordingly. Stick to your big names like William Hill, Coral, Betfred, Bet365.
