I have been a member of Winner Casino for some time now initially was very happy with the games and the service and in time became a VIP Member.
Unfortunately my relationship with Winner has now taken a turn for the worse over the past months and the final straw is the obvious change in policy on payout of fare and square winnings to its members in a timely fashion.
On Monday 05/08/2013 I won a reasonable sum and now have two withdrawal requests of £300 and £2700 outstanding ... we are now on day five, the withdrawal requests have not been processed despite being told they would be processed on day 3. I have emailed the casino on a daily basis since and have spoken to support via online chat and keep being told the requests are being processed ... I am a member with a number of other online casinos and have not ever had this kind of trouble with withdrawal requests processed quickly with no fuss.
