Winner Casino closing my account and putting me on hold and taking my money

I was a good custumer at winners i went there afther some one prmomised me on their chat that my payouts will be payed the same day.

but i had to wait 5 days for my first payout and the custumer services was no help what so ever;

afther getting realy frustrated with them i ask them to close my account so i can cool off.

but het next day i deposited some money and they gave me 50 euros bonus on the top of 100 deposite.

i had over 260 in my account when they chose to close my account any way .all how that i have asked them not too.

took my 160 and gave my 100 back..they told me my account will stay close for 6 months .

but now 9 months later afther sending maney e-mails i do not get any answers and they have cost me at least 70 euros on foon bills.

so if u wish to have a good time winner is not the place to be.

i have send u guys at least 5 more e-mails regarding that i wish to reopen my account . and called u at least 3 times with my mobile .

and i can prove it as well.

so plz do not say thinks like u only called us once and that is it.

and no sir i do not have a gambling problem as i am a vip member with neteller and moneybookers;and maney maney other sites. i love gambling but i can controle my self.

I have told u guys that i have a problem because i was so mad that i realy wished u guys to clsoe my account. and knowing this u can reopen my account and let me know buy e-mail . but as now my account is still close. and one think is for sure I do not wish to come back if u do not wish to take more care of ur custumers. and there is still the 160 euros that i had won with my own money and the 50 euros bonus that i had recieved that u guys took with out asking . so if u decide to reopen my account that money must be given back to me. all is it as a bonus.

that my colling off periode off 6 monts is still not over???

knowing that it is over 9 months !!

any way i have send u what u asked for. so the normaal think is now to do what i ask u guys.

and that is to reopen my account to me with my bonus in my account as it shoulld be.

but as now that account is still closed.

so not solved yet i guess.

winner casino is the absolut garbage. they are the biggest thiefs out there and will every think they can to rigge u off.

yes they reopen my account and yes they give me a pittyfull bonus.

but when i deposited 200 of my own they gave me a 20 euro bonus on the top of it and the losers told me i need to wager 2800 euros on slots to be able to withdraw or evern more like 5000 on live games .??? what a scam?? give 20 and make sure the custumer will leave it all behind because who the hell can win with 220 playing 2800 on the slots????
