WildSlots Casino - Getting the run around for my withdraw request of 1500ZAR

Dear AskGamblers,
I have joined with WildSlots Casino on 7th November and claimed their welcome bonus 150% upon my deposit. I played several slots then managed to wager 40X.At that time my balance was around 2000 Zar but I continued playing because I love to play slots. While playing my balances were decreasing,I stopped playing when my balances down to 1500 Zar and I made withdraw request 1500 Zar successfully.On 8th November I got an email from them stated that my withdraw had been processed but my neteller account rejected to receive and they found my neteller account was closed which is not really true. I contacted with Neteller about my account then they informed me that my account is disabled for maintenance and my account will be enable within next 48 hours. So,on 11th November I logged into my Neteller account and found everything fine. After that I tried to login to my WildSlots Casino account but found my account is blocked. Immediately,I contacted with support via email then support team member Tobias replied me:

So,I again tried to login but found still blocked! Then, I went to live chat to know why my account blocked where "Tobias" asked me to request new withdraw? But Live support team member "Peter" asked me to wait until their investigations done.I asked him how long it will take to finish their investigations then he said he knows noting and left before I said good bye. Even he gave me sounds that my account may perm blocked!! I asked him why,he said he has no answer about my question. What type of support is that where they can make sounds my account may remain perm blocked but they don't know the answer of why? However, I have attached all relevant evidences which clearly proofs that they are now run around for my little amount withdraw 1500 Zar only. I am looking forward to resolve our issue. Thank you very much.

Thank you for publishing my complaint. After several email sending they replied me today stated:

Unfortunately the investigateion is still pending once we get an update we will contact you.

Though casino teams are not fair like their casino's slot games.All slots games are backyard setup!! I won something because of a slot paid some winning but their slots are unlike than others casinos. Now they run around to process my withdraw by the name of investigation where totally absurd reason. Because my Neteller account is fully enable and already deposited and withdraw twice with other merchants in the mean time. Now I am waiting for 7 days to receive my withdraw where they stated they process all withdrawals within 24 hours.My account is still blocked and I can't login to my account.Their supports are not willing to help players.Everything with Wildslots casino is my very bad experience.

Hello AskGamblers,

It has been complete 10 days where I didn't receive my withdraw money or even not get any single response about their false investigation. They introduced by AG forum but they now avoid AG to send an update regarding our matter.They are clearly proven as hypocrite where they don't response into my email or not even into AG forum. They now completely ignore us. How come they got certificate from Askgamblers? Neteller investigation takes no more than 24 hrs to get response where they took 10 days but no responded at all. They now rob my winning forcefully by blocking my account illegally which is completely unacceptable and I want fair justice from AskGamblers Team. Hope they will justify and resolve my issue successfully.

Update:

WilsSlots Casino has been unblocked my casino account after investigation completed. So, I made withdraw request 1500 zar again Hope this time they will process my little withdraw 1500 zar hassle free.Thank you.
