I was playing with 400% deposit bonus,after playtrough I have won 1300$,I sent every document to verification and I have waited.Next day They blocked Polish players and my account with my money,but I got email so I will get my money later atough my account is closed.I have been waiting more than half year but I didn't get any dollars from my winings and They had stolen my deposit!!!!!!!

Please note: Classy Coin casino doesn’t accept players from Poland anymore. All the accounts from Poland (including yours) that we have were closed and refunded. You have already confirmed receiving the refund.
The e-mail you mentioned was a notification about your account being refunded.
As for the withdrawal of the winnings – it’s necessary for the faxback form to be approved (while we have never received any documents from you) and the account has to be active.
As long as your faxback form is not approved and your account is closed, you can’t request a withdrawal. And we can’t approve it unless requested.

This is not true!!!!!! I have sent YOU email 24,06,2014 which included : copy my ID ,copy my bill for electricity andcopy filled your faxback form I have copy this email !!!

This case has been double checked with faxback department – there’s no documents received. When they get an e-mail, they reply with approval of the faxback form or with the list of the documents missing.
If we got an e-mail, you’d have received at least one of above mentioned replies.
Even if we received an e-mail on 24/06/2014 (as you mentioned in your reply), still we wouldn’t be able to approve your documents, because your account was closed on 30/03/2014.
But even if your faxback form was approved, withdrawal request is still required to send the money. And it can’t be done from the blocked account.

I sent this documents 26,03,2014 after I have won this 1300$ four days before You close my account ,I made mistake in post before I attached screenshot with my email.And is not my fault so you blocked my account and i couldn't make withdraw request!!!!

We’re sorry you didn’t manage do request withdrawal, but let’s check the facts mentioned above:
1) You have mentioned sending faxback form first in June, after that in March. Regardless of the date you sent it, finance department doesn’t have the e-mail on file as well as you don’t have a confirmation of the e-mail being received (which is regular procedure, as mentioned above). We did not receive the documents therefore your faxback form was not approved.
2) Even if your faxback form was approved, still the withdrawal request is required for us to send the money. The withdrawal request can’t be done, as long as your account is closed by the system and can’t be reopened.

This complaint we considering unresolved. Player did provide email were he send faxback document from 26th of March, which is prior then closing accounts for Polish players. In the light of the statements mention above, we advice player to seek help through Gambling Commission of Curacao.
