NetBet Casino - Why isn't my withdrawal processed!?

I tried to withdraw £110 over 37 hours ago but it still isn't processed!! I've tried sending a message on the site (it won't work) I've emailed regarding this yet all i received was the same automated email twice just saying it had been passed to correct department etc so I tried calling customer support but have been on hold for over an hour trying to get through!! This is totally unacceptable!! Why should I bother depositing any more money or using the service again if I can't withdraw and it's impossible to actually speak to anyone!!

As it is mentioned in our Terms and Conditions, all payments are processed within 48 hours after you register a withdrawal request:

14.3 All payments shall take place within 48 hours of the user's request for reimbursement.

We checked and you sent us an e-mail on the 8th of March at 2:13 PM and one of our Customer Support agents replied to you a few hours later at 10:03 PM.

In the e-mail, the agent let you know that the withdrawal request you registered on the 7th of March will be processed on the 9th of March, as per our Terms and Conditions.

We can confirm that your winnings were processed today, as promised, and you will receive your funds in 2-4 working days maximum.
