Spilleren Casino - Whithdrawal issues

I made a deposit at Spilleren casino. I didnt get the bonus or freespins but desided to play anyway. I won 180€ and wanted to make a withdrawal. The page to make a withdrawal didnt load so i could complete the transaction. I contacted the chatt and they wanted printscreens of the issue so I sent that to them. Waited to hear from them but nothing,contacted them again,and they said they were to resolve the issue.
Several days went by and finally I was abel to make my withdrawel. It was rolled back 2 times, and after the third time the withdrawal got through. The problem now is that my money is gone. a registered payout for 20€ is to be seen on my page, no pendig withdrawal request of 180€ and the playeraccount is cleared out of money. So when I ask where the money is they say they can see a pending request of 180€,but its not to be seen on my playeraccount.
I have sent them everything they want, including verification documents that has been approv­ed,­pri­nts­creens of all the issues that has been going on all this time. But to get information from them about what is happening is totally impossible.
I have delt with this since 12/10, so I think they have had plenty of time to fix all the problems.

Your transaction was processed on November 1st and you were notified in Live chat by the support representative.
Such type of transactions usually takes 3-4 business days to reach your account. Your previous withdrawal requests were rollbacked cause you provided wrong details.
All evidence also sent to Askgamblers to close this case for good.

Hello! That's not totally true. I was told I had a pending withdrawal request...as I have had for a long time. Nothing from you that the money has been payed out! Yesterday I was told to wait a few more days. And as for the rollbacks I e-mailed you twice to get exact instructions on how to fill in the information but got no respons. You didn't bother to contact me when the withdrawal issue was resolved either. I feel that the respons from you the whole time has been slow and showing lack of interest to accommodate your players. But that's my opinion. I do hope the money will.show up as you clame they have been payed out, I guess I will see the money on my bank account by Monday when 5 days have passed.
