Cool Cat Casino - Where's my payment? Again...

I made my withdrawal on December 15th. It's now January 22, and I have still not received payment. I followed up on December 23rd to make sure they had all the necessary information to process my payment. I was asked to fill out a couple forms, and it was all submitted back to them the same day.

On January 18th, I was told my payment would be sent to the processor that day or the next, and I would be notified when that happened. I'm not sure what that means, but I was glad to hear process was apparently being made. However, after following up with my 'VIP Manager' the next 3 days to get confirmation, I keep getting the same response that he is waiting to hear back from the finance department. It's getting pretty ridiculous.

I received an email today stating they are awaiting confirmation and that they will send me another email once my payment is sent.

Just to follow up, this payment was sent for processing on the 22nd and I would imagine you'll receive the payment to your card by early next week at the absolute latest (if not, sooner).
