On May 28,2016 My withdrawl was approved , I withdrew $238 from my casino account. I sent in all my documents and Shipping Info to them the same day I was approved. I went on live chat to get some help, nothing . Then i emailed them , using multiple emails , but i get a System message from GMAIL saying " Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently. [email protected]" So i cant email them or get help by live chat . I need answers

Hi JayNich--

I'm sorry for the delays and frustration you've experienced with this. I'm also not certain what the trouble is with that email address, however, I'll be looking into it.

As far as your payment is concerned, I do see that it is already on its way to you. I would expect to receive tracking on it no later than Tuesday (more than likely, by Monday). Generally, payments are received by our players the day after we receive tracking.

I'll update you Monday...

I received tracking late this afternoon. I do see that your payment arrived before I received your tracking, earlier today (Wednesday). ;-)

I recieved my check today and didnt have time to go the bank, I bank with Chase. I tried to deposit it with the mobile Chase application via my phone and it said that they do not support Foreign Checks. I was wondering how i would go about cashing or depositing this check .
