Slot Madness Casino - Where is my winnings?!

I have played at this casino for a while and back in December I won a nice payout but like others I have been getting the run around when it comes to my payment. I submitted all the paperwork required and spoke to them numerous times over the phone and through email. I even been speaking with the escalations person but still no clear answer on when I receive my winnings. It has been well over the time they need to process and send it out to their processors. So what is going on? I am very frustrated and stopped playing there until I get paid. I am owed two winnings which add up to $2805 in total. You can see by my attachments below I have been trying to keep updated on my payment status since they do not keep their players updated.

Hello @askgamblers

No not at all. They have not contacted me at all, even though I have emailed them about it. Its ridiculous how they cannot give me a straight answer on to what is going on with my payment.

I can confirm that this payment was sent to processing on the 16th, so I would expect to see tracking towards the end of the week.

As soon as we have the tracking, we'll contact you straight away.

HI Tawni,
Thank you for the response. Will it be for the full amount of 2805 or separated into two checks? Because I had to request two separate payout because of the $2,500 withdrawal limit. ONe request was $2,105 and the other was $600.
