Royal Ace Casino - Where is my payment?

I have won twice at this casino and I am still awaiting payment on both winnings. I have spoken to representatives on chat and to some representatives over the phone. I keep getting the same response as to it has to be sent to there processors or they are going to look into it but yet nothing had been done because I cannot get a straight answer. I do have a lot of patience but I feel I should get some kind of update to what is going on instead of the " i don't know" response. As you can see from my screenshots between both winnings I am owed a total of $1150. I have played there since I have won but I have stopped until this gets resolved. Thank you.

I've looked into this and I can see we've received confirmation from our processor that your payment has been sent. It will take a few days to receive tracking on this, but as soon as we receive it, an email will be sent to you with the information.

As you already know, we're just waiting on tracking for this payment. Unfortunately, this payment (Royal Ace) went to processing before your withdrawal from Slot Madness, so you'll be receiving two separate payments.

The payment on its way is only for Royal Ace--the Slots Madness payment will follow shortly thereafter. ;-)
