Vegas Casino Online - You owe me $2500, where is my money?

I wanted to try a new casino saw their bonuses. I deposited a few times ended up having to play slots on 1 of their bonuses i hit a jackpot and kept playing even after the rollover requirement because i enjoyed it. Decided to do a withdrawal. Submitted paperwork, they called and verified it and said it was all good and will be sent over to the finance dept for processing. Since then ive tried to email them several times and tried to livechat over 10 times when the finance dept was online and they never reply. Im sure its because they see my email and know what i want, and that is to know where my money is. Ive never played at a casino with such terrible customer service.

This will confirm that you spoke with our Finance Dept. on March 29th - prior to your post above. Further that you accepted payment via an alternate method. You should be receiving that any day if you haven't already. Thank you

I did speak to your finance dept after making this complaint. And they notified me that y'all are having problems getting checks to people so I could use a alternate method which I agreed to do on 4/30. I have yet to receive any money via that method either. So back to my original question? Where is my money.

Talked to finance on 3/30/2016 couldn't edit other post. Will update if I ever receive any of the withdrawal.

Dear Vegas Casino Online,
I have not received any payment via the withdrawal option I have chosen. I believe its been well past the 48 hour window of turnaround since its day 5 soon to be day 6 of this withdrawal option. Since yall couldnt fulfill my origional withdrawal option of a check. I will attempt to catch the finance dept online tomorrow if they even reply to me this time. Will update if I ever receive any sort of payment.

It was still outside the 48 hour window the weekend does not usually consist of 5-6 days but i digress. The withdrawal has been processed and posted as Vegas Casino Online has promised. I fully plan on staying with your site and using it as you have the best promos and layout i have found. I do wish the withdrawal process was abit easier but I do believe you made your best effort to satisfy me as a customer. Thank you again.
