Planet 7 Casino - Waiting for over 9 weeks to be paid

On Jan 7th I requested a withdrawal of $1,142.00. There were no promotions or bonuses used. I was told it was eligible for the withdrawal. According to staff, the withdrawal was approved on the 29th of Jan. I was told on that day to allow 5-10 business days for mailing. The 15th of Febuary, I called to check on it and was told it was being sent to Ally in the escalations dept. Trying every day, sometimes 3 or 4 times to get info. I was told the dept was not accepting calls repeatedly, to call back in 30 min, 10 min etc. Each time I did as asked but no result. I finally got an email address and corresponded with Ally on the 29th of Feb. She said my withdrawal was the highest priority and would be paid with the next batch. They were experiencing delays due to the high volume of payouts.I asked when the next batch would be, she replied It was being added to her priority list and would hopefully be paid upon processors authorization. Stated simply waiting for confirmation. Am I in the wrong thinking that 9 weeks is too long to wait on a withdrawal or is this the norm. I simply asked for an idea of when it would be and can not get that info. I feel like they say a whole lot of nothing when asked a direct question. What do I do now?

update. Ally emailed me this a.m. and said that payment has been sent, but no tracking #. I will believe it when I see it as I was told it was mailed on Jan 28th. and that turned out to be untrue.

Still no tracking #. Don't you get a tracking # at the time you submit something for mailing, not after it has already been sent? Just saying.

Hi fb_219973611690489,

I'm terribly sorry for the delays you've experienced. We had quite a backlog, but fortunately, we've worked our way through the bulk of it.

I'm happy to say your payment is in transit and tracking shows that it is set to be delivered tomorrow (Wednesday, March 9th).

On a side note, you had asked about receiving 'same day' tracking. Because we have to deal with third party processors, we are at their mercy when it comes to receiving tracking details--we do not get the tracking direct from the courier delivery service(s). I hope this makes a bit of sense.

All the best,

Tawni

Thank you so much for the info. now, we'll see if it actually arrives and clears the bank. I guess I am a bit cynical at this point.
