Planet 7 Casino - Waiting and wondering if I'll ever get paid

I a new to casino's, just started playing a month ago. I really liked Planet 7 the most and finally won. My withdraw was approved for $650. I spoke to a rep (chat) and they said it will be sent within 10 business days of the Nov. 4th, 2016. Now that it is well past the 10 days, I continue to contact support and they just say they are busy and I'll get paid soon. Every time they ask me if I submitted my paperwork, which I did. It sure would be nice if someone could at least validate my paperwork was received and processed. Either way, all I hear is don't worry, you'll get your money soon. Sure wish I could tell my mortgage lender that. Well now have 2 approved withdraws, $650 & $200 and another pending $115.

From all the other complaints and delays I wonder if or when I'll ever get my money. I really hope by Christmas. I would suggest to the manager of Planet 7, they are doing a disservice to themselves with slow payouts because I'd be very hard pressed to put more money in, while I'm still waiting on my payment. Not to mention, no point in playing now as I know If I win I won't get paid until next year sometime. Of course at this point, I'm just hoping I wasn't just scammed and will really receive the money owed to me.

I'm terribly sorry both for the delays with this and my slow reply.

I've reviewed your account and I see there had been some sort of delay regarding a question of your payment preference. This has been cleared up already and the payment has already been sent off to processing. I would expect to see the tracking on this by Friday or Monday at the latest. As soon as your tracking comes through, I'll be back to update this thread.

Hi, and thank you for the reply. I did speak to another chat support rep and they did not see my paperwork. They asked me to send to the manager which I did. Finally, I got a reply from finance and looks like all is good to go. This morning I got my tracking number and it appears my check is on the FedEx truck out for delivery today so I'm extremely happy.

Thanks again for checking in to this for me. I'll update tomorrow once I verify I have the check(s).
