After verfying my account and my identity through my bank information. My withdrawal for 1500.00 was approved on 6/6/16. On 6/10 they told me it would take approximately 15 to 20 days to receive my winnings. I said ok and when the timeline had its end and after many chats with reps through the online chat I talked to the withdrawal department who informed me my payment was never sent out. I was sent to ally from escalations. I sent an email to her and was met with an automated response. I still have not received my payment or a response from ally. I have deposited a few times after not receiving my winnings but I am highly disappointed with how I feel I have been scammed.

I'm terribly sorry for the delays and frustrations you've experienced with this. I can promise you that there's no scam and your payment is absolutely on its way to you.

I would expect to see the tracking on this by the end of the week--generally, players receive payment the day after the tracking comes in (sometimes the same day). As soon as I receive your tracking, I'll post an update here with that information.

I received my check today for 1500.00 thNks for the swift handling of my problem. If all goes all I won't be back (if the check clears.). Thanks again guys!
