Ruby Slots Casino - Waiting on $840 for well over a month!

posted on June 25, 2016.

I made a withdrawal request for $1000 on the 15th of May via bank wire. I supplied all my documentation on the 21st of May. It was declined on the 25th of May because they don't do bank transfers to Australian accounts apparently so I then made a withdrawal request via Neteller which was approved for $825 (my withdrawal minus the bonus).
On the 9th of June I was given a birthday bonus of $100. I met wageeing requirements and made a withdrawal request of $200 via Neteller that same day.
After numerous emails with varying levels of information supplied to me, I got a reply on the 22nd of June saying that my withdrawals had been approved and paid to my Neteller account. I then checked my account to find I had received $185.

What has happened to the other $840?

Sick of getting the run around from these sites as soon as you try to make a withdrawal. Will definitely not be depositing at Ruby Slots again.

Hi Mark8685--

I'm genuinely sorry for the frustration you've had with this.

I'm currently home, so I don't have access to your account, but when I get to the office in the morning I'll check in on that missing $15. As soon as I have information, I'll update you, here.

All the best,

Hi Mark--

I've checked in on this and the reason for the missing $15 is the service charge. We waived it on the first payment, but you were charged on the second.

I hope this clears things up.

I wish you all the best,

Why was I charged a servive fee? It says that there is no fee to use Neteller.
