I submitted a withdrawal request on 8-23-16. Planet7 finally approved it on 8-30-16. I've used the chat feature a couple times in an attempt to discover when I will get the check but haven't had any luck. This is my second withdrawal from this casino. First time nothing seemed to happened until I posted a complaint on askgamplers.com, hopefully it will help with this payout. Thanks

I'm so very sorry for the delays in your withdrawal as well as my slow response--I was away last week and only now just getting caught up.

Obviously (as you already posted), the good news is that your payment was received today. ;-)
