Casino Cruise - Waiting Nearly a week for my withdrawals

Having deposited £250 twice, I had some good luck and won £4000. I also declined all bonuses due to WR. I made one withdrawal last Wednesday and one Thursday. I have contacted the live chat on Saturday, Sunday and Monday and have been told that the payments department have been emailed because it is late to be paid, but nothing else. I joined due to its good reputation, but wouldn't recommend at all. To add, I have been asked three times to rollback for 15% cashback deal.

I have just had a call from a CC Rep, just to say the withdrawals will be done by the end of the day. Will update when the money is in my account.

As of 8pm tonight, no cleared funds in my account. 1 withdrawal still pending, as max withdrawal is £4,000 , i made two separate £2000 withdrawals.

As of midnight, I have recieved £2,000 cleared funds, and had a rollback notification for the remaining £2,000 in my account, presumably due to it being pending for so long. Could you endeavour to process the remaining withdrawal swiftly, as I do not wish to play any of the funds.

Both withdrawals appear as processed, the second is yet to appear in my bank account, presumably due to bank holidays, will post an update to hopefully close the case on Tuesday, as that is when I would expect to know that the amount is in my account,

All funds now received, thanks for resolution your side. From when I have posted on this site, casino cruise have been fast at resolving. Delays due to clearing process with banks.
