Planet 7 Casino - Still waiting on a withdrawal

I've been waiting for my withdrawal since Sept 27. I keep getting the run-around that it was approved for processing, but they've yet to issue a check. While I can appreciate there is a lot involved in a withdrawal, it only took about two minutes for them to approve my deposit. Why is it taking so long to get a withdrawal? I was told I would be contacted within 48 hours to discuss payout options. Nobody has contacted me - Ever. I realize many people have been waiting much longer, however, I've waited the proper amount of time and now I'm simply looking for what's owed to me, or an explanation as to the delay.

Hi JBogart--

First, I must apologize for the delays, but also for my very slow reply. Unfortunately, I've been traveling for work and I'm now just trying to get caught up while still on the road.

I've looked at your issue and I do see that the payment went off to processing and I believe that the tracking should be in on this. Unfortunately, being away, I only have access to certain information and this does not include tracking. I will speak with my colleague in the morning to check on the tracking and I'll be back as soon as I have that information.

Again, I truly apologize for all this.
