Waiting for Multiple payouts from Silver Oak Casino

I have played at SilverOak for over a year and have multiple withdrawals that I haven't received, the first one well over a month old.

I requested a withdrawal on December 12th for $1,000 which was approved on December 19th. According to the website, payouts are made 10-14 business days from approval. Today is the 25th BUSINESS day (Even taking off for Christmas and New Years) from approval and I still do not have the first $1,000 that was approved on 12-19-2012. I have called SilverOak twice in the last 2 weeks and was assured it has been processed and would "soon be in my bank account as the wire is on the way." It has is still has not been deposited as of today Friday January 18th.

After that $1,000 is received I still have 4 more payouts totally $9,000 ($2,400 - $2,500 - $2,100 - and $2,000) All four of those were requested on January 2nd. The first payout of $2,400 was approved on 1-9-2012. That has already been 7 business days since approval. I understand I have to wait for the first $1,000 to be received to have the 2nd of the 5 payouts sent, I just wanted to keep track of them here.

Since posting this on the 19th, I have received the first $1,000 by wire, thank you for that. I am now waiting on the first of four payouts I requested on January 2nd totally $9,000. The first payout of $2400 was requested on January 2nd and approved on January 9th. Yesterday was the 13th business day since it was approved, and should be soon as it's supposed to be paid out by the 14th business day.

Thanks for looking into it. I see that the 1st payout of $2400 was approved on Januray 9th, so that is the first one I am still looking for. Today is the 15th business day since approval so I'm assuming it should be any day correct? And shouldn't the 3 other payouts be just a week to 2 weeks apart from when I get the 1st payout?

There is NO where on the site where it says I will be payed $500 every 2 weeks per my player class. This is unacceptable. It will take 6 months then to get the money owed to me!! I have been wired $2000 before..why can't that happen now as I took the payouts in $2500 or less PER YOUR wire rules?

You are responding to and paying out other people on this forum with nothing to me. I see ppl getting paid out over $1,000 at a time from wins they won earlier this year AFTER I won mine in January. How is this fair???

The last time I received a payout from you was on February 19th. I was told, by you, that I would be getting $500 every 2 weeks, so it's been 5 weeks that I haven't received anything. So I'm over $1,000 behind according the payouts you are making me endure. I also have tried multiple times to email the finance dept. (As that is the ONLY way I am allowed to contact them), and get no response most of the time. I was also told on this forum that I would be contacted by them on the phone, and of course have not been.

And No, I have not received either of those payments that you mentioned. It's unreal to think that I haven't even received half of what I won on January 2nd, nearly THREE months ago.

I came back to check the status of this complaint and saw that nothing was said from Silver Oak. I checked another complaint on this forum to see if anyone else had a response from them and I found this complaint.

It seems this customer was told the same thing I was about getting a payout of $500 every 2 weeks in the beginning, yet he has payments of $1,000, $1,500, $1,000, and $2046 being processed, not just approved, since March 25th. I won my payout Januray 2nd! It's been three months and yet I have not received a payment since February 19th even though 2 have been "Sent to the processor" as stated above, but yet, only for $500 each. How is it fair that players winning these amounts should get paid differently and one gets paid while the other gets nothing??

On top of all the problems, I still have to comment on my own complaint just to keep it open, as Silver Oak doesn't even respond to all of them.

Yes, that is exactly correct. However, just yesterday, 4/5/2013, I received ONE wire for $515.96. So from February 19th till April 5th, I had NOT received a single payment. I did just get one on April 5th, but did not get two of the three of those you are referring to. Thanks for looking into it.

TOTALS $6772.22

I won a total of $9088 (Which $88) is the bonus money I received and I know that's taken out.

So, from the $9,000 I won after the bonus taken out

Subract $6772.22 Paid already by Silver Oak.

EQUALS $2227.80 that I am still owed from the January 2nd win.

It would be great if I could get the rest in one wire instead of multiple wires. I know others are getting wired more at once and since I'm a VIP, I would really appreciate the rest coming at one time.

I haven't gotten a payment since April 8th even though in my account at Silver Oak it says a payment was approved on April 16th and May 8th. I'm supposed to get $500 every 2 weeks and its been 6 weeks since I've gotten a payment. Any information on those payments Silver Oak? And I've emailed the payout dept twice in the last 4 weeks and have not gotten a response. I've been told again when I called that my account tis handled by "the payout dept and they can't be called" only emailed. Very frustrated.
