Waiting for Lock Casino Payout

On 6/5/2012 I request a payout of $3024 after meeting my playthrough requirements. Note that I did request a wire transfer as their website FAQ does say they do them if requested directly from the payment dept. I was told via email they do NOT do wires, so had to settle for check by courier.

I sent my documentation within 2 days.

On 6/22 I was told that my payment had been processed and that I would receive my check within 7 to 14 days.

I still had not received payment by 7/16 and started emailing support@lockcasino.com and payments@lockcasino.com, I received a reply from "Quinn" on 7/16 asking for my patience telling me I would have my payment by the end of the week. It is now the end of the week and still nothing. I have sent about 3 emails a day asking for a status or tracking number, and asked if they were going to wire or westernunion the money to me if it did not arrive. I have had zero replies since the reply on 7/16.

There is no phone number to call, and live chat sends you to email. They rarely reply to emails.

There were some unexpected payout delays but your check is on route and can be expected in your hands before the end of next week.

I believe Support also contacted you today with alittle more info.

I got a new reply today now telling me by the end of next week I will receive it. Call me crazy, but the same "check is in the mail" answer just isn't cutting it.
