Waiting and Waiting for Cirrus Casino Withdrawal

I've been waiting forever for a my withdrawal from Cirrus Casino. I was told it was processed on the 15th of this month. I have no tracking # or anything. Yesterday my aunt (whom I am care taker) was put on hospice. This is honestly becoming stressful. I have too many things to worry about. Each time I talk with someone in support. Im told any day now. This has been going on for 2 weeks now. :(
