Waiting 4 months now, withdrawal pending - Rome Casino

I'm waiting for 4 moths now, i was happy when i won €485,- but now.....
i sent the paperword twice, sent much emails to finance, but i received nothing. I ask on the chat whats wrong, but they don't now and sent notes te finance. Sometimes they told me i will received the money next week, but nothing happend, and my cash out is still pending.

i hope you can help me,

Yesterday i received a part of the €485,- I received €123,- Thanks for the fast responding now.
I dont know why the other €335,- is still pending, can you tell me when that part is pay out?
