Grand Reef Casino - Waiting two and a half weeks for a withdrawal

todays date is the 5th of April and on the 19th of March I requested a withdraw of $1800. after calling them a number of times the only response I get is that it has been actioned. last week I wast told it would be done by today, and today I was told it has been actioned to there finance department. There terms state a 1-5 day withdraw on bank transfer and this is well past 5 days

Hi Muammer, my account number is eer91339472. I have received a email confirming a withdraw of $400 has been approved and $1400 has been credited to my account. I did not ask for $400 i asked for $ $1800. Please fix this

I do understand that you initially requested $1800 however due to payment processing issues with your bank it would be best to transfer increments of $400 to you per week. Rest assured you will receive the total amount of $1800. One of our customer support agents will personally contact you to confirm everything.

come on mate!! that makes no sense!! what is this casino that broke you have to pay me back in instalments! I am with one of the biggest banks in the world and you want to tell me you have transfer issues? lets be honest, you are doing this to stuff me around hopping I will spend the money. why not do the right thing and I will keep playing in your casino. Pretty simple really don't you think?

The case has been reopened as per Grand Reef Casino management request and AskGamblers Complaints Team would like to give it one more chance with the hope that both parties will manage to reach to a satisfactory resolution of this dispute.
