VoltCasino - Wants me to send verification documents to a gmail address?!

I played here and did not receive a welcome bonus. Support could or would not add the bonus for me manually too so I decided to withdraw 870 euro after a lucky streak.

Now they want I send my documents for verification to a gmail account. I am more than willing to send in my documents, however I will not send them to a gmail account since I consider this to be highly insecure.

I uploaded my documents already through live chat, but the support agent would not accept them and again told me to send the documents to the gmail address.

Please Voltcasino, find a way to verify my account and pay me my winnings!

Unfortunately, VoltCasino didn't provide the necessary information to AskGamblers Complaints Team so that the complaint could be adequately reviewed and decided. Obviously, we have no other option but to close the complaint as Unresolved and recommend a player to forward their issue directly in front of the relevant regulatory body responsible for VoltCasino. As soon as AskGamblers Complaints Team is being notified about the regulator's final decision on the case, we will comply and mark this complaint accordingly.
