Recently had my account blocked on Virtual City Casino after wagering the bonus until I could withdraw my winnings. They claim that I have to call the risk management team. every time I phone it's apparently a different country and time of day. Very bad casino, keeping all the money, locking accounts, customer service is a joke (first woman i talked to was laughing at the fact I cant buy people things i promised) Was sent withdrawl confirmation but never contacted regarding this decision. avoid this place. We are going to write letters and keep calling but they just don't care about the consequences. "

 There's no need to affect casino's reputation with posting a complaint which closes due to inactivity of the submitter, after tho chances given to respond, so this case is solved!

ho aperto poco piu' di un mese fa il conto al virtual city casino aderendo ad una promozione dove con un deposito simbolico di 10 cent di euro mi davano un bonus di 20euro.ho giocato e vinto 400 euro.faccio la richiesta di prelievo e dopo 2 settimane non vedendo il bonifico della vincita scrivo una mail,rispondono di ionvoiargli id coumenti di identita',copia della carta e una bolletta sulla quale risulti l'indirizzo.dopo qualche giorno mi scrivono dicendo che sul mio (e aggiungo unico pc in famiglia siamo in 4) risultano regisytrati piu' account (mah),idem mail e carta.sulla carta e'impossibile dato che e' stata emessa solo un mese fa e non l'ho usata in nessun altro casino'!morale della favola account bloccato e vincita revocata!!!! non giocate assolutamente da questi truffatori!
