Virtual City Casino - problem with withdraws

That casino is cheater casino

I register get bonus and finish wager request and ask withdraw i get email from risk department read this please:

The Casino reserves the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings for irregular play. ‘Irregular play’ includes but is not limited to any one or more of the following types of play:

1. Placing single bets equal to or in excess of 25% or more of the value of the bonus credited to the account prior to the play-through requirement for that bonus having been met;

2. Using the double-up feature to increase bet values;

3. Even money bets on Sic Bo, Craps and Roulette”

4. Starting a game's feature after the bonus balance used to build up the credits towards the feature has reached 0.

I response on that email that i did not do anything about that ,and they lock my account

After that they send me email that will not pay me because :

Our systems have detected that multiple Casino accounts have been created using your PC, email address or personal details.

Therefore, the winnings are void and have been confiscated. Your casino account will remain locked.

But that is not possible i never open before in virtual city account so they lie to do not pay me

I know I can do nothing but plese put notice that this casino is not fair,and that they wont pay out

The email about irregular play was sent by mistake.

The player is part of a promotional abuse group and is linked to numerous other players who've already claimed the signup bonus.

Will send extra information to the ask gamblers admin to close the case.

That is funny reply ,i just won that they said how can i be linked with somebody else?

I open account in other casino also from casino reward group but why i should not do that,every casino have diffirent name so i can open account in all.I open in nostalgia,virtual city quatro...but only 1 account by casino.I can not be linked with some group of abuse that is stupid answer ,and when I ask how I am linked never get reply

 The evidence about linked accounts is been sent to us from casino, so this complaint is solved!
