VIP Lounge not declining winnings

I have spent a lot of money with the RTG casinos and finally was able to withdraw winnings from VIP Lounge casino. I waited the 10 business days as they requested for my withdraw to be approved. To a complete surprise on that 10th day I notice that a manager has declined my withdraw. I did not receive any notification from the casino so i contacted them to see why. I was told that my credit card was not approved (anyone who has played before knows that they run your credit card for approval before giving you money to play with). I spoke to a CS rep and they told me to fax a copy of the charge on my credit card, which i did. Two days later Jay (a manager) tells me that basically the faxes get filed and never reviewed??? and asked that I email a copy of the charge from my credit. So I did that as well. I still haven't heard a response back. GRRRR!!! Take my advice and stay away from this casino, it doesn't do any good to play if they scam you out of your winnings!


P.S. I am filing a complaint with my state's Attorney General's office as well as the Consumer Protection Agency as well as anyone else I can get to intervene.

You have not met the wagering requirements and that is why your payout was denied, the notes in the account state:

“WITHDRAWAL DENIED. Needs to complete playthrough. (Required: $3,000 - Current: $1,765). SB”
