Very slow payout at VIP Lounge Casino

I requested a payout on the 28th dec 2011....it was approved on the 1st jan 2012 and today (3rd feb 2012) still waiting on my money. What am i suppose to do?

I will escalate this issue to Vip Lounge Casino Accounting Dept Manager so they take care of this payment ASAP.
