Slots of Vegas Casino - Very Slow Payments

While I have many good things to say about this casino in terms of customer service and an excellent host, I am very unhappy at the rate of speed in which payouts are approved. I have 4 payouts pending, 2 of which are 5+ weeks old and one which is 4+ weeks old. At the current rate of approvals, I won't get paid for many months. Plus having to wait an additional 2 weeks for processing makes this even more time consuming. With the expectation of getting approved in 15 business days and 10 to 14 additional for withdrawals, and then to see that approvals are taking 25 business days and still not approved, it's very disheartening. Ruby Slots, a sister site, pays much quicker and is fabulously run. So what's the deal with Slots of Vegas???

Here's 3 of the 4 pending payouts which are, to the say the least, overdue:

3/21/14 - 1100
3/21/14 - 602
3/24/14 - 502

Heading into May with payouts from March still lingering is not going to make any player happy. These approvals are not happening fast enough and there appears to be no urgency on the part of management to expedite this process. I hope someone is reading this and will respond with some favorable news.

I'm sorry you're feeling as if this is dragging on and I can understand from your perspective how you would feel this way. The trouble is, you've had withdrawals with other brands under our umbrella and because we have limited processing avenues, your payments have been stacked up.

This is how things currently appear on our end:

Your $1100 and $602 withdrawals were approved, May 5. From the $1100 withdrawal, we deducted $99 and from the $602 withdrawal, we deducted $115, as those were the coupon amounts. Both withdrawals have been processed today (May 6), so you should receive the check next week.

The two subsequent withdrawals ($502 and $657) will be approved May 9th..
