Silver Oak Casino - Very slow pay

I won and cashed out 1800.00 on 12/15/2015. from Silver Oak . By the time they finally accepted my documents it was 1/5/2016 before they approved my withdrawal. Since then I have been put off and told by the VIP hostess(Nadia) so many excuses ( which i have all the emails).I even asked if there was someone else that could help me and was told there was no one above her to help me. It's become quite clear that i'm not getting paid. One of the excuses was that it's football season ??? They had no problem accepting my money to play. It was instant. I must say i am heart broken because i love that Casino!

I'm so sorry about what's happened here. We've had a bit of a backlog, which is finally easing up.

Your payment has been escalated as high priority, meaning this should be in the next batch of check payments going out.

Hi Tawni, Thank you for replying. I have several emails saying that "I have sent this to upper management" or " this has been escalated ", "You should receive this in the comming week". So please understand that until you can tell me the check has been mailed I'm not getting to excited. I truely loved playing at Silver Oak so i"m so disapointed that this has happened.

I've checked to see where things stand on this and I can see that the check has been sent. I would expect to see tracking in the next few days (although more often than not, payment is delivered before we receive the tracking info).

I'll continue to monitor this.

I'm happy to say that I have received a ck. I would however like to keep this open for a few more days to make sure there are no problems with the check. Especially since it's not a cashiers check. Have a great day>

Hi Tawni, Yes i'm happy to say I have received a ck and tku for your help. Today was a holiday and the banks were closed. I will deposit tomorrow. However I have seen that someone on here has had a problem with the check you sent them, so I will let you know tomorrow when i deposit. Again thank you for your help.

Hi "ask", Yes i did deposit my ck and so far no problem. This was a bad experience and I truely loved playing at Silver Oak so I thought I would give them another chance. Made five deposits and played till I was up about 500.00. Guess what though? This morning when trying to log on I seemed to be locked out. Tried my downloaded version and the web play. So dissappointed .

I am able to access my account and have made a 500.00 withdrawal. I I do hope everything goes well because as I said I love playing at Silver Oak.
