888 Casino - Vertification problem

I have been playing 888 Casino since a while and have been successfully deposited funds into my account using other 3 people bank card with their fully authorization. And when the first time i tried to withdrawal 500 pounds from the Casino, everythings were going smooth. However, this time when i tried to withdrawal 20000 pounds from them, they said i need the cards verification. Then i called the customer service team, and they say they cannot do anything, that i cant get back my funds.

I just wonder this is not logic at first, if they dont accept this act, in the very first point why they accepted me to deposit by using other cards?

Secondly, if they dont accept me to use other card, why i can successfully withdrawal from them in the first time??

I have checked the terms and conditions from them and really cant see any wordings saying user cannot user other people's card to deposit, even in fully authorisation from the card users.

Please help me with this situation. Many thanks.

The 888 operation team has asked me to send them the card holders' details to them to verify that they really authorized me to deposit into my account yesterday. And i have sent them all the details immediately, but still waiting for their responses. Hope i will get my fund back eventually.

Yes yes! The operation team was really helpful and all my funds are in my bank account now! It would be great if the operation team can reply the email faster!
