After bunch of messages on twitter in which I was assured that verification process may take up to 72 hours and after 74 hours of waiting(my documents submission - 16 March 2016 13:38:16) I receive this:

We have received the copies of your ID and proof of address. These documents were forwarded to the security team for further checking. You will be notified once we got a response from them.

Now I received a message on twitter:

"Looking at your account the documents you sent were not verified and unfortunately you would need to forward the documents through to us again. ^Dan"

No explanation why. It's frustrating
