Sent in all the paper work to get verified of course its denied left and right 15 emails later and have spoken with several online chat people who say Drivers license is enough for verification I get an email again today stating they need another photo ID with signature for verification.I only have a drivers license with photo and signature I do not own a passport and the faxback form says you only need to supply 1 or the other, Still they want the other no matter how many times and ways I have sent the Drivers license they finally acknowledged the drivers license and still asked for a Passport.
Don't play at this casino, never can talk to anyone to resolve the verification process they the just tell you to resolve it through email at 1 email a day I started this on the 17 and still not resolution.

So today I go to log into my account which had a 3000+ balance in it I am no longer able to log in because my account was locked. I contacted support and was told my account was closed for security reasons.
That is all I was able to get out of support that and they will contact someone at some place to see if they will tell me what the security reason is.
So looks like I am out 3000 dollars.

Only response I got was they closed my account for security reason along with my girlfriends account and refunded our initial deposit.
That is the only response either of us got account closed well refund deposit and your out the 3200 from 9 people no one will say anything other then security and no explanation for what may have transpired
